Art Direction - Internal Client Real Simple

I recently finished up a project with the Real Simple team. I was tasked with designing and art directing their “Secrets to a Clean Home” annual. I was able to meet with their NY edit and art team weekly to discuss the content plan, photography, new branding and our progress on the title. It was exciting to work on a title that design wise is so different from what I have worked on in the past. It was refreshing to let the design breathe with white space and have the images speak for themselves. The high contrast and bold imagery was super fun to shoot as well. I think our teams blended beautifully and in the end everyone is really happy with the how this piece turned out.

Graphic Design - Digital Assets

As a remote Senior Stylist and Team Lead at Mac & Mia I led a team of 17 stylists along with my own book of clients. Using my background in graphic design and photography I created my own digital assets to build my business. I created email newsletters (graphics and images) and sent them to my stylist team to use as well. I created social media assets including still images, graphics, flatlay and product images and videos.

Stylist, Producer, Art Director, Chaos Coordinator

When Hello Charlie was a studio for children’s clothing companies, I felt like I was really in my element. I was able to have so much creative freedom. I received the clothing from the brands that hired me and they completely trusted me to cast the models, style the models (while collaborating with other brands), produce and style the set, photograph the shoot, art direct the shoot … all while keeping models from having meltdowns.
