Rainbow Dreams - a kids bedroom inspiration
One of my very favorite things to do is to style kids rooms - not just their wardrobes! I love mixing patterns and textures and putting all of the pieces together to create a beautiful space. I scout pieces from Target to Zara Home to Crate & Kids and love to throw in unique small shop finds in there as well. I never stick to just one store, it makes it more fun and unique that way. I tend to have a boho, vintage inspired, mid century modern vibe to my personal style so this room would be my DREAM as a 7 year old.
STYLE TIP: When choosing items for a room keep the color palette consistent but mix up patterns, textures, metals and finishes. It helps to make a collage of items like I did below to see visually how they all tie together.
